Urban Poets at Carver STEAM Academy
Shanara "The MouthPeace" kicked off the 2023 summer as a Creative Writing Instructor through the Urban Poets Music Workshop at Carver STEAM Academy in Atlanta. She is pictured here with the founder Marcel Moore and other instructors.
She taught from her"A Word with the MouthPeace" fundamentals. She serendipitously ended up as a feature on a song with two of her students pictured here. The Kreyol she learned on Duolingo came in handy as a inspirational nod to one student's nationality.
